Thanks to my “30 minutes of reading Russian news sites a day” (update: I do this about once a week), I just discovered that the Russian government has a website where people can complain about potholes that are bigger than the legal size (15 cm long, 60 cm wide, 5 cm deep). You can check out photos of potholes and see where they are located on a map.
Talk about civil society!
